Your privacy matters. WSP Warehouse Audit is designed with an offline-first architecture so audit information remains under the control of the user or organization.

Novvitech ("Novvitech Services," "we," "us," or "our") operates the WSP Warehouse Audit mobile application (the "App" or "Service").

This Privacy Policy explains how the WSP Warehouse Audit application handles information and data when you use the Service. The application is designed with a privacy-first, offline architecture, with audit information processed and stored locally on the user's device.

Audit data is processed and stored locally on the user's device and is not automatically transmitted to Novvitech or third-party servers.

Section 01

Privacy-First & 100% Offline Data Processing

The WSP Warehouse Audit application is an enterprise audit tool designed to support strict data privacy and offline operation.

Audit data is processed and stored entirely on the user's local device.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Audit records and inspection information
  • Location/geotag information
  • Photographs and visual evidence
  • Imported stock or inventory files
  • Generated Excel reports
  • Generated PDF reports
  • Other information entered or generated during an audit

Novvitech does not transmit, collect, or store this audit data on its servers through the WSP Warehouse Audit application.

The App does not require an internet connection to perform its core audit, reporting, or data-processing functions.

Section 02

Device Permissions

To provide its core functionality, the App may request access to certain device features. These permissions are used solely for the purposes described below.

2.1 Location Data

The App may request access to the device's location.

Location information is used solely to:

  • Record the geographical location associated with an audit;
  • Embed location/geotag information into locally generated audit reports; and
  • Assist in verifying the auditor's presence at the audit location.

Location data is processed locally on the device and is not transmitted to or stored on Novvitech's servers through the App.

2.2 Camera and Photos

The App may request access to the device camera and/or photographs.

This access is used solely to:

  • Capture photographs during an audit;
  • Attach visual evidence to audit records;
  • Embed photographs into locally generated audit reports.

Photographs captured or selected through the App remain on the user's device unless the user independently chooses to share or transfer them.

2.3 Files and Storage

The App may request access to files or local device storage in order to:

  • Import Excel or other supported stock/inventory files;
  • Read files selected by the user for audit purposes;
  • Generate audit reports;
  • Save generated Excel, PDF, or other supported reports locally.

Files accessed or generated by the App are processed locally and are not automatically uploaded to Novvitech or any third-party server.

Section 03

Licensing and Zero Telemetry

WSP Warehouse Audit uses an offline licensing mechanism.

The App does not collect, transmit, or share telemetry, analytics, usage statistics, or audit information over the internet.

For software activation, the user may manually retrieve a unique Device ID displayed by the App and provide that Device ID, together with the required licensing details, to Novvitech.

Licensing verification is performed using the App's offline licensing mechanism. The App does not continuously communicate with Novvitech servers for license verification or usage monitoring.

Information Voluntarily Provided for Licensing

Where a user voluntarily contacts Novvitech for licensing or activation, Novvitech may receive information such as:

  • Device ID
  • Organization/company name
  • User or authorized contact details
  • License-related information
  • Information voluntarily included in the user's communication

Such information is used for legitimate licensing, activation, support, and administrative purposes.

Section 04

Data Sharing and Disclosure

Because WSP Warehouse Audit does not automatically collect or transmit audit information to Novvitech, Novvitech does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer the audit information stored within the App to third parties.

Audit information, including photographs and location information, is incorporated into reports generated locally on the user's device.

Any subsequent sharing, transmission, export, or distribution of audit reports or other files — including through:

  • Email
  • WhatsApp or other messaging applications
  • Cloud storage
  • File-sharing services
  • USB or other external storage
  • Other communication or transfer methods

is initiated and controlled by the user or organization using the App.

Users are responsible for ensuring that any information they choose to share complies with their organization's policies, applicable laws, and contractual obligations.

Data Security

The offline architecture of WSP Warehouse Audit is designed to minimize unnecessary transmission of sensitive audit information.

Because audit data is maintained locally, users and organizations are responsible for protecting the device and locally stored files from unauthorized access.

We recommend that users:

  • Keep their device protected with a secure screen lock;
  • Restrict access to authorized personnel;
  • Keep the device's operating system updated;
  • Avoid sharing audit files with unauthorized parties;
  • Maintain appropriate backups of important audit reports.

No method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, users should take appropriate precautions to protect locally stored information.

Third-Party Services

The WSP Warehouse Audit application is designed to operate without transmitting audit information to third-party analytics, advertising, or cloud-storage services.

The App does not intentionally use audit data for:

  • Advertising
  • Behavioral tracking
  • User profiling
  • Analytics and telemetry

If third-party services are introduced in future versions of the App, this Privacy Policy may be updated to describe their applicable data practices.

Children's Privacy

WSP Warehouse Audit is an enterprise application intended for professional and organizational use.

The Service is not specifically directed toward children, and Novvitech does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

Novvitech may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App, applicable legal requirements, or our data-handling practices.

Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the beginning of this Privacy Policy.
