1. Terms & Conditions

Welcome to OpdeQ, a smart queue and practice management platform owned and operated by Novvitech ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile applications, web portals, and database services (collectively, the "Services").
By registering for or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a clinic, hospital, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
1. License & Subscription Plans
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access OpdeQ. Subscription plans consist of:
- STARTER (Trial): Basic queue, basic patient list, TV display. Capped limits may apply.
- PRO: Single doctor profile, unlimited patients, PDF prescriptions, and analytics.
- CLINIC: Multi-doctor roster (up to 5 profiles), shared staff assistants, TV displays.
2. Device Limitations & Usage
To prevent unauthorized sharing, paid licenses are capped at a maximum of two (2) active devices per doctor profile.
Attempting to bypass device limitations, reverse engineer the cryptographic license validation checks, or distribute cracked licenses will result in immediate termination of your service without a refund.
3. Clinic & Patient Operations
OpdeQ acts as a management tool. The responsibility for patient medical care, consultations, and the correctness of printed prescriptions lies solely with the practicing Doctor.
Novvitech is not liable for clinic no-shows, patient queue disputes, or issues arising from incorrect medical entries.
4. Security of Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your OTP verification codes and account logins. Any actions taken under your account will be considered your responsibility.
5. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitute acceptance of the modified Terms.
2. Privacy Policy

At OpdeQ (by Novvitech), we are committed to protecting the privacy of doctors, clinic staff, and their patients. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, secure, and use your data.
1. Information We Collect
- Account Info: Doctor/Clinic name, email address, phone number, clinic code, qualifications, and registration numbers.
- Patient Records: Name, age, phone number, gender, queue token status, and consultation fee details.
- Prescription Logs: Medicines, BP, pulse, temp, weight, SPO2, diagnosis notes, and follow-up dates.
- Device ID: Hardware identifiers to enforce the 2-device active license cap.
2. How We Use the Information
- To manage token queues and display wait times.
- To sync prescriptions, vitals, and reports across your linked assistant and doctor devices.
- To calculate daily collection statistics and analytics.
- To check license key validity.
3. Data Storage & Security
All database details are securely stored in Google Firebase Firestore. We employ secure client-server validation protocols.
Patient and prescription details are private to your clinic. Novvitech does not sell, lease, or share patient data with any third-party marketing companies.
4. Payment Integrations
All financial checkouts are processed securely through our payment gateway partners (Razorpay/Cashfree). We do not store credit card numbers or UPI PINs on our servers.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing OpdeQ for your practice. Please review our policy on cancellations and refunds:
1. 15-Day Free Trial Evaluation
We offer a fully functional 15-day free trial of OpdeQ. This trial is intended to allow you to thoroughly evaluate the app's features, performance, speed, and suitability for your clinic's operational workflow before committing to a paid plan.
2. No Refunds / All Sales Final
Because a 15-day trial period is provided to inspect the software's utility, all purchases of Paid Licenses (PRO or CLINIC plans) are final.
- We do not accept cancellations or issue refunds (either full or pro-rated) once a cryptographic license key has been generated and activated for your account.
- We advise all users to utilize the trial period to its fullest extent to ensure satisfaction prior to making a payment.
3. Transferred Licenses / Reissue (Typo Correction)
If a sales partner issues a license key with typographical errors in the doctor's name, phone number, or clinic name:
- The sales partner can request a free revoke and reissue transfer within 24 hours of the purchase.
- Reissues are blocked once a doctor has actively completed queue sessions or generated prescriptions on the key, to prevent abuse.
